Good one, Jim, what's it combined with?

It is chocolate and the suffix -holic, meaning someone addicted to chocolate.  Go to Wikipedia and search for "Portmanteau".

My recent one is "ornamaton". It is a cross between of a Christmas ornament and an automaton. Ornamatons are really small and I have two of those that are quite musical; a teddy bear band and Santa Claus' workshop.

Now, I might not post again, but I came up with a new portmanteau: "cocoramel". The sweet flavor cocoramel is a mix between chocolate and caramel and I had it in my sundae I had consumed.
