Despite being a huge Hayley fan, it took me a while to even purchase Hushabye, because I figured it would be full of baby songs. I'm pleased I was wrong, and I like the CD, but honestly, it's nothing compared to her other releases. If we include the Japanese release, "Bridge Over Troubled Water" is my favorite. She sings this to perfection and that, combined with the strong backing orchestration makes this my favorite rendition of this song. |
