Title: Additional show -- April 29. Post by: dbbii on November 30, 2015, 10:54AM So I mostly said I wasn't going to travel as much this year to shows. The tour schedule shows a show in Sarasota, FL. OK, I live in Tampa, so that's only 45 minutes or so. That's not travel. Called PBS station. They won't take a pledge until sometime in the Spring. Why not? Sent letter to VP of Development asking why you don't want my money? I'd like another M&G, but I'm willing to go to Ticketmaster. Low and behold, she calls me back and says she'd be happy to take my money.
She asks me which show I want. Didn't know there were two. Apparently, there is a show in St Petersburg, FL on April 29. That's closer than Sarasota so that works. It's NOT on the CW site. Title: Re: Additional show -- April 29. Post by: leighlam on November 30, 2015, 02:25PM Thanks dbbii. 8)

For what it's worth, I've already talked to WUCF in Orlando. Got same story as in Tampa -- we can't sell until our pledge drive. Tried moving up the chain to a guy I met with WUCF a couple years ago.
