continuous commercials for products we DON`T have in this part of the country....there`s NO Arbys, Hardees, Carls Jr. , Popeyes, Bass Pro Shops anywhere near here....and there`s only ONE Sonic in the state.

Did they make some sort of mistake?

I don't know enough about the situation so I apologize if my suggestions suck:
- Is there someone that can cover for you?
- Would they understand / accommodate it they knew how much this mean to you?
- Do you have any vacation days entitled?

You told them you needed it off well in advance so hopefully it's just a misunderstanding on their part or they will understand.

There must be a way.

I wish there was something I could do to help. I hope this works out for you though Sarah.

So what you're saying is "next day photo" really means "next day if you want it in a size that's totally useless to you ... if you want it in whatever size you actually want it, we have to send it off and it'll take 5-7 business days."

They set up alternations on Orla as Orla/Alex in order to remain 5 instead touring with 6 to prove Deirdre so her lawsuit case on touring wouldn't win.

I wasn't high on Christmas either. But last year I got tickets for my first live Celtic Woman show (Destiny) at Christmas and this year I get to see them again. It's made me a fan of the holiday. :D

Long story.

One of you already knows what I'm talking about.

There apparently was a M+G at tonight's show that I did not know about. Thankfully, my excitement for the show outweighed my disappointment at my failure to identify and take advantage of this M+G.

I begged some people and the person I believe was the PBS rep to sell me a M+G. It didn't work but desperate times call of measures of a similar nature.

It was apparently available through some obscure PBS station. I don't knowledge when it was available because I spent weeks looking...maybe before the tour dates were announced? Maybe during the summer before I knew I could even go to this. I don't know. But clearly I need a better strategy.

I'm going to look up every single PBS station in driving range and anywhere I might consider flying to and I'm going to start looking up every single one of them multiple times a week until this dream becomes a reality. This is seriously at the very top of my bucket list. I've never wanted anything so badly in my life.

Ironically, I want it so badly at this stage that I'd be en emotional disaster if I ever actually met them, but maybe they'll understand.

This expression of rage is directed at myself (and in part towards the ludicrous, decentralized system of M+Gs that gave life to this rage).

Anyways, I created this thread to let loose rage therapeutically and in a medium where such rage can be expressed in relative safety (thereby sparing nearby inanimate objects. May its purpose now be served:

For that station only though, right?

My problem is going out of this area to see them. A lot of the time, it isn't clear what station covers that area, if any. I should have called to confirm, but I didn't. But it may not have mattered depending on how early these were actually on sale from that PBS station. If they sold the M+Gs before they published their HfC tour dates, I wouldn't have even known where to potentially look for a PBS station. Arrrghhhhhh!!!!

Oh well. It'll require more effort, but I'll NOT be missing one of these again (unless they're already somehow made M+G tickets for Voices of Angels in Canada available 6 months ago but I didn't hear about it. Nothing would surprise me.

Our @#$%^&* weather! It`s supposed to be normal spring weather for my concert this week....."rain...heavy at times...flood watch in effect...do not attempt to drive across flooded roads"..when it`s spring, especially April, it rains 25 hours a day, eight days a week , around the clock...non stop,the weather ranges from horrific to unmercifully horrific. Looks like the "bus n` greet" is questionable...another normal week here in RAINLAND.

What's the most ridiculous about it is that they didn't even fully delete the page, per say. They erased the content of the article and replaced it with a redirect tag back to Mairead Nesbitt's page. What was the point of that?

Anyways, I'm probably going to go into Mairead's article and add the most relevant stuff about the album (as my own humble opinion as a superfan / expert as to what's relevant in this subject area, thank you very much, Wikipedia). >:(

Hmm. Why could that be? Perhaps because the auditors are starting to make content providers feel like they're wasting their time writing all these articles only to have them removed?

I totally get it. "Relevant" is such a subjective term to begin with. it all starts with the editors personal bias. They should have least given your offering a chance to develope.

Yes, or possibly flagged it as "hey, is this really relevant" instead of just removing the content.

Oh well. I'll just add the most important info to Mairead's Wikipedia page at some point this week. But so help me, if they mess with Mairead's main page, the one's getting Bit by the Devil will be the auditors. ::)
