OMG! I forgot to post a follow-up to this? I'm really sorry.

Ok, here's the news:

She's performing 2 nights at the Irish Arts Center in NY with Fiachna O’Braonain and Peter O’Toole of Hothouse Flowers!

Lisa Lambe, vocals
Fiachna O Braonáin, guitar, vocals
Martin Brunsden, double bass, vocals

Friday, September 29, 2017
Saturday, September 30, 2017

Both nights are at 8 PM EDT.

Tickets are only $24

(...well, $20 if your an Irish Arts Center member, but if you are, you probably already have your tickets if you're able to go)

I suspect it may include some songs from the album they've been working on for the past year.

Here's the show / ticket info:
http://irishartscenter.org/event/lisa-lambe

The tickets were supposed to be available on Wednesday, but they released them early at some time on Tuesday. Good thing I checked early! It's a small venue (even a bit smaller than the ones at which Chloë likes to perform). There's around 90 seats.

There were still 2nd row seats for both nights when I looked.

I ended up getting 3rd row center for Saturday because I wasn't sure what 2nd row wing seats would be like in this venue and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Friday is one of the days Amy Rivard is booked for the Astor Room (I already asked Amy, she doesn't have the booking done yet, but she's knows I'll be in town and REALLY want to see her, so hopefully that works out). Third row should be fine and if someone tall is in front of me, I have multiple tickets / guests, so I can just shuffle over.

Anyways, sorry for the late post. Hopefully some more of you can make it and we can do a fan forum gathering or something. Lol!

If you just heard someone screaming, that was the sound of my excitement reaching you!

Woooooooooooooo!!!!! I'm FINALLY going to see Lisa Lambe!!!!

Now don't hyperventilate, Tom.  I've seen Lil' Lambe several times with CW and she is the real deal.  I hope you get to meet her.  I can say she is a very cool young woman.  Nobody seems to be having more fun on stage than her.  When she and Chloe were with CW at the same time concerts achieved a real party atmosphere.  Oh, BTW she is an excellent singer.  I especially enjoy "Circle of Life" and "Black Is The Colour".

I've met Lisa a few times, also.  She is a sweetheart and gives great hugs.  Met her hubby "Lucky" Simon, too.  Good guy! :)

I met Lisa Lambe on Saturday!!!

She didn't recognize me, but that's understandable. She was appreciative that I flew in from Canada to see her and she was so sweet! I got lots of hugs!

The show itself was great! They performed some songs from Hiding Away, some covers, and some new songs from their upcoming album. Sounds like it's going to be really good!

The show was fun and I'm really glad I got to see Lisa!

Act 2:

Saturday, September 30:

Act 1:

Lost
I Can See You Shine
Shelter

It's Gotta Be Love
Falling Leaves (solo by Peter O'Toole)
Your Love (solo by Fiachna)
Heartbeat

Act 2:

Hope
Venus
Wild Mountainside
Watching for the Daybreak (solo by Peter O'Toole)
Dust
Turn the Lights Out
Hazlewood

Encore:

All We Are
Peace Tonight

Mini Fan Gathering:

I had a bite to eat with Mike, Dee, and a couple of others before the show. :)

Additional Notes:

Their new songs were predominately slow ballads. They were pretty well written and I think they were suitably inspired during their time at Killruddery.

I thought the set list was a little heavily weighted with those types of songs. Personally, I enjoy slow ballads, so I have no complaints. Lisa sounded fantastic!

Fiachna was impressive on the tin whistle during his solos.

Lisa got the audience engaged in singing and clapping along on several songs. She seemed really appreciative of the turnout (the place was close to full on the second night, when I was there) and it looked like she was having a great time!

Overall, I thought it was a really nice show!
