I was less surprised afterwards to find out the PBS special / DVD was also called Homecoming. I thought it was a suitable name given it was their return home after their tour in North America.
I think that having a forward-looking name for the special / DVD is better from a marketing perspective. Even though the show was during the Voices of Angels tour, I think the casual fan would be more inclined to get a DVD with a new name than one named after a tour they had already seen. Furthermore, a show named after the next tour more effectively promotes said tour than a DVD named after the previous tour. Title: Re: Are you surprised by the Title to the new show being Homecoming? I don't know but at least what's different about this one than any other album is the album's CD unless there's another, the CD and the DVD this time will have two completely Different names.* I was surprised not that it's a name for their show to be back in Ireland, but because the songs are being Orchestrated Different Voices Of Angel's Live or Celtic Woman Orchestra Spectacular would been my examples.
