Since the Hippodrome Theatre in February 23, last year, I first had touched Orla on the hands. Has anybody else touched her in the first time?

I shook hands with Orlagh at the M&G in Tempe and with Chloe too. :) The next time I saw the group I was in Bridgeport Conn and I shook hands with Chloe again and with Mairead.  :)

I sure wish I need to meet all the Celtic Woman ladies in my own place besides Orla.

I have yet to meet Orla or any of the CW for that matter. But I'll always be felt by them through their music.  ;)

If I've touched Orla and Mairead, you can always think they are real.

yes and i swear i will never ever forget + at the end of the long beach gig (i had front row dead center - best seat in the house) orla stood on stage right in front of me about 6' away. as they they accepted our very intense applause, with my right hand i blew her a kiss, smiled and kinda shook my head. she looked me square in the eye, smiled, brought her left hand to her mouth kissed it and blew it right back to me. i almost cried!!!!!! messa (remember her) was sitting right behind me in the second row and the 2 people on either side of me, gave me the little elbow jab thing after that. later i got to talk to ray again and thats when i met lisa, meav, orla and mairead. i would never try to hug them or anything like that but did get autographs and touched thier hands on the exchanges. and yes i think about that night often, it was better than my greatest dream and will never, ever forget.

And I also in the first time listened to her song "Shooting Star" in the look of my binoculars keeping eye on her. It sounded like pop music to me.

Orla is awesome.  I met her at an M&G in 2006.  She's such a sweetheart.  I've been to two CW shows since.  For one show, I had front row seats and for the other, I had second row.  During both shows, there was a lot of eye contact and interaction with her.  I swear Orla remembered me.   :)

Really? As I asked her my question and she replied to me, I am making up great graphics of her and a lot of stars from the night skies and the cosmic tube.

When I met Orla in Tempe, I mentioned her response to a comment that I had posted. She offered me her hand to shake, which I did. Then Rachael came up and I had to give it back.

And this was not at a M&G or at a show but on the street. (sidewalk) in front of the infamous IHOP in Tempe.

What a sweet and charming lady she is.

No, Kim I have never touched or been touched by Orla. I hope that changes on the spring tour. The only one I was blessed to have touched and who touched me has been Amy Rivard from the choir. She gave me a hug in the airport in Chicago which was a great honor. There is one of course who I hope will extend her hand to me at a meet & greet this spring. We all know who that is now don't we.  ::)

Physically, no. But she, as well as all of the girls, has touched my heart.

Maybe somebody has to take you to the concert to see her in the Meet-and-Greets.

My daughter and I will see them in April, but we just can't afford the Meet & Greet.

I'm so lucky I had one with her because she's my friend too.

I haven't touched her, either, but she has touched me, also.  She is a great singer and performer, like the rest of the ladies.  CW would not be the same without her.  I hope everyone gets the chance to meet her someday.

Yes, 3 times at M&G's. She always grasps my hand in hers, especially the 2nd and 3rd times, since she recognized me, even remembered my name.  :)

No, I've never touched her. I've never even met any of the girls. I just got to see them in concert in October. But, every single one of them as touched my heart. Especially Orlagh with Lisa and Mairead being tied in a very close second.

At one of the M&Gs that Melwood mentioned, I too was blessed to be touched by Orlagh!  I cannot even describe the warmth and emotion that Orlagh shows when she takes your hands in hers.  It is certainly NOT just a friendly handshake.  It is a transfer of love and energy that brought me to tears.  Her words are soft and sweet, but her touch is powerful.   She really appreciates her fans and shows it with winks, kisses and loving expressions when she spots you in the crowd. Orlagh's talent is amazing, but her personality is her best asset.  Before that night I had 5 favorites.  I have to admit that Orlagh stole my heart.

Well, that was then and this is now.  I was able to meet Orla in Portland and she is SO NICE and friendly and kind and beautiful and all those other things you say about an ANGEL.  I was only able to talk with her for a short time, but she signed all my items and was very gracious.  And, you should have seen her talking to some young girls who were there.  They were very happy to meet her.  And, I WAS able to touch her when she offered to shake hands.  She is a GREAT LADY!!  THANK YOU, ORLA!!!

i had the pleasure of meeting and shaking hands with her and Mairead at the meet and greet in Nashville. it's a night i will never forget, for the rest of my life.

I would SO love to meet Orla. It would pretty much, to spout a cliche, be a dream come true! Ah well, maybe one day. Hopes and prayers!

Then, I will have a chance to meet all of the other Celtic Woman members since I've met Orla and Mairead in the Hippodrome.

I got to shake Orlagh, Mairead and Chloe's hands the first time my sis and I met them at our first concert!
Since then, we've met Orlagh 3 more times, and each time she took our hands in hers, twice gave us kisses on the cheek, and we've gotten 3 hugs! :) the last meet & greet, her and Mairead got up and gave us big embraces :) they are so sweet and kind, and such wonderful people to talk to!

I agree  -  I have seen Orlagh in concert once, this past May 10th, 2008 at Palm Desert, and loved it of course.  I was not able to  "meet and greet " ( tickets were too high )  -  but as you say you can ALWAYS "FEEL" her, and the others, through their MUSIC !                     Angie Larsen, Ca.
