Well, the glowy look. I create a layer then use the "render clouds" filter. Then I use the "radial blur" and it sort of creates that glowy look!!
I kinda wondered onto that by accident. I do some much playin around with PS that I'm bound to run into something useful sooner or later!!!

Haha! I do that alot.  Cheesy Im totally going to have to try and make something GLOW. LOL thanks!
