Her death was mostly due to King Henry's refusing to help her with her difficulties in labor. In those days ( about 500 years ago) , many women died in child birth. He was mostly concerned with getting a son to take over as king when he died. The baby was born healthy, but at the cost of Jane's life. If Jane had gotten the C-section she was pleading for, she might have had a better chance to live. Poor Jane did not have a choice.
