Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has but together a compilation of all the albums, Cd's, Recordings that have been released, foreign or otherwise. Promos, Singles, ect. And where they may be purchased. There's one that iv been looking for to no avail. Its called "Songs From Solo Works - Celtic Woman". Iv found a few sites that have it listed such as http://www.artistdirect.com, http://www.starpulse.com, http://www.digirama.co.nz and http://music.yahoo.com  But there is no physical album to be purchased there. Any help appreciated.

Thank you.

Well, Iv surmised that this is an import made by Toshiba/EMI. Spanish Lady is a (Tokyo Live Ver.) too. Pretty cool. Too bad i cant read Japanese. Iv found it on dozens of there web sites. They love there music. There are some nice pictures on the Toshiba's site that i haven't seen before with Deirdre Shannon. Iv also tripped on some info on Órlagh Fallon web site.

Well hmm. You have sent me on a bit of a hunt this morning. That version of Spanish Lady was originally released at the end of a digital album CW did called Songs From Solo Works. Basically, it was two songs from each of the girls solo albums combined to create kind of a CW solo sampler. The album was originally available on iTunes (and Amazon?) in the US which is where I got it, but it looks like it has since been pulled though you can still find it in Amazon and iTunes for some European countries. Odd.

Cool!

I don't think I'll ever have a full collection, but I'm pretty satisfied with the 50+ CW and CW-related (solos, Bloody Irish, Amy Rivard) I have in my collection so far.  Wink

Wow! 50+ is really good! I think it's actually impossible to get a full collection.

I don't do solo stuff, just CW releases. I collected about 70 CW releases from all over the world (US, EU, AU, JP, TW, KR, CA, ...)

That's cool! Celtic Woman really is a global phenomenon. It must be really neat to see all the little things that they do differently in each market and to appreciate how many places in the world have enjoyed their music.

I guess I do the other end of the spectrum. I pretty much just have one copy (usually North American releases) of each Celtic Woman album. I'm still missing a few of the regional Celtic Woman albums (ie. Japan and Germany) and a couple of the compilations ... slowly pecking away at that list.

But as far as solo albums go, I have one hard copy of almost all the solo albums (I'm missing a few of the compilation and regional albums from Hayley, since she's done so many of them, and just a few others here and there).

Yes, that‘s exactly what makes is so special! Especially the Taiwanese CD/DVD packages are stunning! Not to mention all the bonus tracks like live recordings taken from the DVD and additional new recording like we have on the German issues.

I don‘t know that much about the solo recordings. I just own a copy of all the „Celtic Woman presents...“ issues. Must be hard to staying up tp date with all the ladies  Smiley good job!

If my count of hard-copy albums is correct, I have:

19 Celtic Woman albums  (I don't have a hard copy of the Japanese version of Believe, but I have most of the others):

Celtic Woman
A Christmas Celebration
A New Journey
A Celtic Family Christmas
The Greatest Journey
Songs from the Heart
Lullaby
An Irish Journey
A Celtic Christmas
Believe
Home For Christmas
Silent Night
Irish Songs
Emerald - Musical Gems
O Christmas Tree
Decade
Destiny
Voices of Angels
The Best of Christmas

36 'solo' albums  (includes collaboration albums like CaraNua and The Bloody Irish). Ironically, I never got around to getting the Celtic Woman "solo" compilation CD:

Alex Sharpe      Be Still My Soul
Amy Rivard      Shout It Out
Amy Rivard      Where I Am
Chloe         Chloe
Chloe         Walking in the Air
Chloe         Heartstrings
Deirdre Shannon   Deirdre Shannon
Deirdre Shannon   Anamceol
Hayley Westenra   Pure
Hayley Westenra   Odyssey
Hayley Westenra   Celtic Treasure
Hayley Westenra   River of Dreams (compilation)
Hayley Westenra   Hayley Sings Japanese Songs
Hayley Westenra   Winter Magic
Hayley Westenra   Paradiso
Hayley Westenra   Hushabye
Lisa Kelly         Lisa
Lisa Lambe      Hiding Away
Lisa Lambe      The Bloody Irish
Lynn Hilary      Take Me With You
Lynn Hilary      Saturn Return
Mairead Carlin      Songbook
Mairead Nesbitt      Raining Up
Mairead Nesbitt      Hibernia
Mairead Nesbitt      Devil's Bit Sessions
Meav         Meav
Meav         Silver Sea
Meav         A Celtic Journey
Meav         The Calling
Orla            The Water Is Wide
Orla            Distant Shore
Orla            Órla Fallon's Celtic Christmas
Orla            Winter, Fire & Snow: A Celtic Christmas Collection
Orla            My Land
Orla            Lullaby Time
Orla            Sweet By and By
CaraNua         Jason Tonioli: Favorite Hymns

I have a bunch of solo albums / singles in digital format as well. Some albums I haven't find hard copies of (ie. Edel's "Bluebonnet Spring", Babylon Sisters EP), or at least not at a reasonable price after shipping (ie. some of Hayley's albums), so I just got digital versions of those instead. There's a bunch of Hayley's compilation / regional albums I don't have. Too hard to get and just too many of them.

That's a total of 55 hard copies so far (a few more to be released next year, most likely).

I have 16 DVD hard copies:

Celtic Woman
A New Journey
The Greatest Journey
A Christmas Celebration
Songs from the Heart
Believe
Emerald
Home for Christmas
Destiny
Chloë: Walking In the Air
Celtic Roots: Live with Nathan Carter
Hayley Westenra: Live
The Bloody Irish
Divinas: Live at Chambord Castle
Orla Fallon's Celtic Christmas
My Land

I have the Rocktopia DVD too, because the singers, arrangements, and energy are ridiculously awesome. It doesn't have Mairead in it although I wouldn't have the DVD if not for her.

In case anyone's wondering, I don't have Tracks and Paths (Mairead Nesbitt). Didn't have the budget left for it during the PledgeMusic campaign. I expect it will be available through Mairead's site or probably at a merch table if she does her own tour at some point, so I'll get it then.

If anyone sees anything missing, I may have skipped it accidentally when making the list, but might as well let me know. It's possible there are a few out there I don't know about.

I may not be the absolute pinnacle of CWazy, but they don't call me CWazy for nothing. Cheesy
