Steady rain now with winds to 70mph possible through tomorrow.  Warm and dry in my shop and the trains are running on time.  |

Hasn't made its way down here yet, but my last stop today had me halfway to Tahoe on Highway 50. There were some dark clouds to the north.

Looks like another "normal" week here in SNOWLAND, USA. Snow from tonight till Tues. morning.......8-10 inches, then next Thurs., possibly another " significant " snowstorm. I told my neighbor across the street....her 17 year old son shovels me out......" I`m going to have to offer Matt a 401k plan"  |

The last of several storms is coming onshore now with very strong winds and heavy rain during the last few hours.
The tv weather guy says it will be dry for about 6 days starting tomorrow.

freezing cold! Wind chill was -15 and high was a balmy -1!! Good grief! But it's to cold to snow so we really haven't have any new snow and it's pretty much melting a bit! Hopefully by the time March 13 comes around it will be either warmer or next to completely melted! At least for celtic thunder in April it will be warm... have flown in april in blizzards here, so it's unpredictable every second is something new!! When I get my nurses license I think I will be a travelling nurse and take cases in warmer climates during the winter for a few weeks... I think that will be a good option and then in the nicer weather be close to home! sounds like a plan to me to get away from the freezing cold and ICE!
