PMs are Personal Messages, it's the forum's own messaging system, and you are the only one who can see your PMs. If you look up at the forum's menu you'll see My Messages. Click on that and from there you can view and send messages. If you're looking to send a message to a specific person, you can either click on their name and scroll down and click on 'Send Member a Private Message' or you can just click on the
or
under their name on a post.
As to e-mailing a member, when you click on a member's name it shows you the member's profile. You can elect to hid your e-mail from other members and many of our members do. From the member's profile page you can see their e-mail address if they allow others to see it.
