I had to go look up what Grafton Street is. I figured it was in Dublin, which doesn't help much except eliminating Haley. Doing my usual deductive reasoning isn't helping much either, although I'm pretty sure I've eliminated a few.
I'll take a wild guess and say Susan.

Something in the back of my head told me it was LL, but I couldn't remember what it was.
Anyway, these girls have had family participate in CW in some fashion.
This one is kind of open to interpretation a bit, so I'm flexible on the answer.
