I'm not sure who wrote the song, or who sang it first (very doubtful it was Fiona, although she does a fantastic job), but another artist to sing this is Cecilia.  Her version is much slower, a completely different take.  I can imagine Lynn singing something like this.  I couldn't find it on youtube, but you can hear a clip on amazon:

There are so many similarities between Lynn's voice and Fiona's voice!  Fiona's is a little higher but when I first heard her I was like "OMG she sounds like Lynn!!!"
