LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like that this is a nice LONG interview. Not just a few "So how did you get started?" type questions and then that's it. I could listen to her talk all day. She ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Cheesy

It appears that this radio station is going to broadcast the concert live (??). I was able to get a live feed over the ‘net, so if they do, Forum Members not present can listen in!!

Hey, it’s worth a shot, see: http://www.thunder102.com/?pid=20863#

BTW, I plan on heading down to the pond discussed in the interview with camera in hand just in case the CW crew wants to recreate the “Woodstock ’69 Experience”!  Wink

Of course the pond is “posted”….. so I guess I may miss the concert if I show up there.  Shocked

That'll be really cool if they do, especially for those who really want to hear the "new" songs but can't make it to a show.

*makes a note to check the link on Saturday*
That would be wonderful if they do broadcast the show.... though given that it starts 3 hrs. before the show, I wonder if it's more interviews and sound check.  Worth a listen, either way.  Smiley

Darel,
We broadcast from the main gates at Bethel Woods for all major shows and events. We usually wrap up fifteen minutes prior to show time. Hope this answers your question.

Above is the reply I received from an email.  No show, but still worth a listen.  No telling what you will hear in the background.

                    click me for thunder 102

Make sure to test the "listen live" button at thunder 102.  "listen live" button may not work until the broadcast starts at 5 eastern.

                                 Celtic Woman:
                                 Saturday, July 24, 2010
Starts: 5:00 PM               (remember time is eastern)

I was so excited about this until I saw the time: 5:00.  I work every evening from 4-7:30. Sad  My only chance of hearing a concert this year has disappeared.  Such is my life.  Roll Eyes  I hope you all enjoy the concert though, whether it be a live experience or just a broadcast--I'm looking forward to the reviews. I get the impression they will not be broadcasting the show, but rather setting up DJ shop at the venue and perhaps a bit of interviewing before the show starts.  If you look at the response that Darel got:

"We broadcast from the main gates at Bethel Woods for all major shows and events. We usually wrap up fifteen minutes prior to show time."
