philly *Contains Spoilers*

having seen cw in roanoke in february, it seemed like an eternity till this show got here. well worth the wait. arrived at 6:15 and gave celtic girl5 her tickets. i was so happy to make her family's day.the mann is a great old outdoor venue. the wood floors make the sound reverberate all over. i'll just highlight some of my impresions. the slow candllit begining into the upbeat tempo of nil sen la. what a way to start the show. i was intrigued on hoe the songs would change with alex's departure but it all worked.the little changes to orinoco flow are really cool.isle of hope with tommy on the pipes haunting intro always pleases.in roanoke when i heard alex sing my heart was home again, it brought chills that can't be duplicated. that was ans is her song.danny boy worked well with mairead up front with the other 3 girls wher she belongs.as i said earlier. when mo ghile mear starts and those drums bang, people in their seats jump even more hear at the mann.antony came from the rear at the beginning of amazing grace and ther wasn't a dry eye in the house.finally choe got to dance in at the celli, that girl can shake it.non ce piu with chloe and lynn was unbelievable.everbody was standing for the reprise and spanish lady.what a way to end the show.now for the girls. lisa on the moons a harsh mistress was breathtaking.same thiing for lynn on my lagan love. she seems to be growing more invlved every night.mairead that little pixie whirling, leaping and spinning all over the stage.now, chloe. watching that girl grow into a woman right before our eyes is special. galway bay was great and on when you believe, hitting those high notes she didn't waver once. sitting in the pit seats is an unbelievable experience.the interaction from maireads faces, lynns nods, lisas smiles and chloes little winks and shrugs melts your heart. by the way the band and choir were great. ray and nicki were having a ball. when helen came down with the choir into thew audience i said welcome back, she said thank you.the crowd was okay but you knew which ones were forum members, always standing.with each girl talking at some point of the show it seems much more personable too. now the meet and greet. mairead and chloe. i took my 16 year old daughter to roanoke and we had the privelege of meeting chloe and at this concert she could not go because of her job. chloe says where's shelby? i was wondering why she wasn't sitting next tou in the audience. i explained to her and she said make sure yoiu tell her i said hi.this is why chloe gets the biggest ovation at the end of the show. this was my 1st meet and greet with mairead. in akron last year, lkisa signed a tinkerbell bag for shelby and when mairead saw it she went bonkers. she said said you know the new movies out.well that it. thanks for induldging me. i know myself i always like to read some other persons perspective on the show.
