Yes, I'm enjoying this.  Cheesy

It's often the case that Japanese version CDs of European and American musicians popular in Japan not only CW have one or two special tracks. (Though they are a little costlier than normal version)

Generally is that way for the music artist and many that only have a Japanese release only and Europe. Eventually will be released in US.
I used to work in that side of the biz music from US to Japan & Japan to US. And buy at record stores that carry imports and promo and used records and cd's.

thank you Smiley
I have 4 Japanese pressings in my collection... I really like them!

what about Beyond The Sea (30 Sec. CM Version)?
I think it's a nice orchestrated version of that song. They should have done a complete version with the whole orchestra  Wink

here if anyone wants me to look up something let me know. I know Hayley Westenra...sings in JAPANESe on one of her albums.
We sure would love a concert evening featuring Deirdre, Meav and ORla,,,and also WLCOME C W...anytime they can work out their schedule to come here...Japanese people love music, concerts, jazz, pop, you name it, ,,,they will support it.

They have Carolina Rua available from amazon? That's cool. I thought there was some issue with copywrite which is why it hasn't been merchandised. But at least this is available.

I just read this on cw.com

Quote
On 21.01.2011 the new album “Songs from the Heart“ (EMI) will be released in Germany and will be featured in their upcoming tour in June. With their very own and gracious versions of songs such as Fields of gold, Amazing grace and Níl Sé’n Lá, they will enlighten the concert-halls. For the German version of the album, Celtic Woman also offers some special songs, such as the bonus-tracks “Forever Young” (the global chart-breaker of the Eighties Munich Band Alphaville). A special thanks for their German-speaking friends is given by Celtic Woman with two exclusively recorded German songs, which are “Wenn du in meinen Träumen bei mir bist” (a German version of the evergreen “Over The Rainbow”) and the Silbermond-Song “Symphonie”.
