Again, short and to the point!!! Glad you had a great time!!!
P.S. I can't wait to feel this way in December after my first Orlagh concert!!
Although I wasn't there, I know Tinahely must have been a unique experience for Kasey and all of those present.
Kasey had seen Órlagh in Dublin two days before the Tinahely concert, and had spoken with her there,
but this was different....Órlagh was HOME.
She was in the heart of her own part of Ireland, within five miles of her birthplace...
...her family, friends and neighbours were in the audience, and no doubt many who had known her all her life.
So there was a very special atmosphere that can't be reproduced elsewhere.
Órlagh knew Kasey and friends were going to be in the audience, on the front row,
and she was going to do "something special" for them.
We won't know until Kasey writes his review, but I think she introduced them to that local Irish audience.
The Irish are by nature very hospitable, and I know they will have given Kasey a great welcome.
I'm sure that must have set the stage and the theme for the rest of their holiday,
and given them very special memories of their time in Ireland.
I am guessing that the people of Ireland, more than the beautiful scenery, are what Kasey will remember most...
especially, of course, the unforgettable memory of Órlagh in her heartland.
