The holiday season is fast approaching, and it is time to begin our 2010 Christmas Project!

We are collecting Christmas Greetings for Órla. We'd like to send Órla actual Christmas cards, as many as we can get...a great big box of them would be fantastic! We collected 42 cards last year, so that's the number to beat!

*Feel free to send as many as you wish, each appropriate card we receive will be forwarded to her.

*Keep the cards reasonably sized...no poster sized cards, please.

*Please time things so your cards are in our hands by December 6, 2010.

*If you live outside of the United States and wish to participate, email Kelli (address in profile) and we can work something out.

Special Note: Historically, we give her a Christmas gift.  Órla has a special request. She asks that in lieu of gifts her fans instead make a donation to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Research. You may send a donation along with your card ( check or money order, payable to ALSA, drawn on U.S. funds, SEALED IN A SEPARATE ENVELOPE). If you prefer to donate via credit card, please follow this link: https://www.alsa-midwest.org/involve/donate/donation.aspx

The address to send your cards to is here:  http://www.orlasgarden.com/projects.html

For all you procrastinators out there, just a friendly reminder about the Christmas project.

My P.O.Box is feeling lonely........ It wants to see more than bills! LOL

Sorry I was late but I did mail you a card.  If you can give it a day or two to get there.  Thanks.

I believe we wound up with around 44 or 45 - beating last year's total! Thanks, everyone!

Órla has and continues to shower us with so much beautiful music...

My only wish is that Órla receives loads of encouragement from this brief shower of Christmas cards from but one platoon within her vast army of loyal fans.

Thank you Kelli and Zee for maintaining this special form of hand written communication to Órla.  Cheesy

For those of you who have asked, Orlagh DID receive her Christmas cards from you and said that she was enjoying reading all the lovely messages inside.

Thanks again to everyone who participated. Orlagh truly appreciates your support of her solo career and your wishes for the Holidays!
