Just to nitpick your excellent discography, I have a couple of thoughts. You may want to include a seperate entry for the German release of Songs from the Heart cd that includes Symphonie. It's different from the other German release. And the Japanese release of A Christmas Celebration has an odd 40 sec version of Beyond the Sea. Also the Japanese release of Home for Christmas has a unique version of You Raise Me Up. Finally the Anne Murray Duet is called Song for the Mira (not the Miri). Nice job on the list though.

and wen can add the Australian release of Home For Christmas including a duet-version of "Auld Lang Syne" (Lisa Lambe & Marina Prior)
