I really hope they come to the Washington/Oregon area.
I feel so deprived! I really want to see another concert!

I hear ya. I've been spending a lot of my time on the West Coast this year and was bummed to see no concerts in Oregon. Luckily, I was able to go back to Michigan to see a few shows these past weeks.
The closest I found so far is Denver, CO on 12/21. About a day's drive to from Portland...

By the way, can't those venues get some more updated pictures?  Undecided

Hmm, Good to know that there will be west coast shows.
Unfortunately, I'm in High school, and the chances of convincing my parents to take me to Colorado (plus college applications) will be very unlikely.

Thank you for letting me know though, if you find any in the Washington/Oregon/Idaho area, please let me know!

Just to let you know that according to the Minneapolis Orchestra website tickets are on sale to subscribers only at this time.
General public sales won't happen until August 12,2011.

Hey guys,

I've gone ahead and started one of my tour lists for all the dates so far here: http://celticwomanforum.com/index.php?topic=16161.0. I've also added in when tickets will go on sale to the general public. In searching the Atlanta Symphony site I came upon a press release for their 2010-2011 season saying the girls would be there (http://www.atlantasymphony.org/aso/asoassets/pdf/2011-12ChronCalFINAL.pdf). If you find anymore dates, let me know and I'll get them posted.

Thanks!

Just did a bit of Googling myself, and it looks like they'll be appearing at Pfeiffer Hall at North Central College, Naperville, IL (think Chicago) on Dec. 17th.

Not meaning to rain on the parade of folks in GA... but I find it really odd that the final subscription catalog released to the public by the ASO doesn't mention them, and they're supposed to be in Denver the next day.

I'm going to hold off on adding the date until something concrete appears on either the venue or orchestra's page.

Eeeh, technically to perform an Orchestra tour all you need is, well, the girls. You can fly them from one point to the other and there is no need to worry about the band and support crew as they won't (to the best of my knowledge) be there. Expanding that out even a little only nets you a tour manager and someone to run the merchandise table if they choose to have one. Again, it's not the massive amount of people needed to do a full scale CW tour.

Probably a wise decision, in case it falls through for some reason....  Wink Cheesy
