Who has the DVD - BN or Amazon???

Saw on CW site that BN has the CD with extra songs, which I knew.  I thought the DVD was at Amazon, but CW site states that Amazon is offering the CD with the tote bag.

Then where do we get the DVD?  I know this has been discussed before, but I am still confused!
