Lately, I've been dealing with mean kids, teachers, and the death of my cousin's dog, and have been very depressed and crying a lot. But later today in the car, while my Dad was driving, I turned on Orlagh's music and I smiled for the first time today. Orlagh, your music really cheers me up no matter how stressful of situations I find myself in. Your music really is "Always There"! <3

I voted for "cheer up" but I wish I could have voted for both. Either way she is a winner.

Not a well-designed poll. There are only two choices, and they're not mutually exclusive.

What is THAT supposed to mean?!

I voted for cheering me up.
I'm glad Orla's music made you feel better, Chaela! Listening to our lovely Celtic ladies always lifts my spirits too!

Orla's voice is so soft and soothing. I've been going through some hard times myself and hearing her sing really helps me forget about it all, even if only for a little bit. It's one of the main reasons why I love Celtic Woman so much.

What is THAT supposed to mean?! Given those two choices, there should have been a third: "Both!"

I chose inspire because Órla inspired me to start playing the harp.

With her song called "Shooting Star", looking at her sing it makes me think of all the stars in the universe.

One comment about how Orla's music affects me - It isn't just her sweet voice that is moving but it also her body language she uses when presenting a song. A prime example is her presentation of "Away In A Major" in the ACC DVD. She knows how to convey the true feeling of a song. And Orla is such a sweetheart.
