Das Boot is another good one.
Gettysburg, I wish they had finished the trilogy but the critics nuked Gods & Generals which killed the funding for The Last Full Measure.

I went through two VHS copies of Gettysburg over the years before DVDs were available or cost effective.
Favorite WWI movie, probably All Quiet on the Western Front (read the book as well) and Gallipoli.

The Germans have historically had some of the best uniforms, especially those of Prussia and Imperial Germany.

I'm going to assume that we're talking about small arms so my answer is the M-1 Garand which is why I have two, one made by Winchester and the other by Springfield, the former during WWI, the latter before the US entered the war.

Panzer VI/B aka Tiger II or the M-26 Pershing A major battle between a group of each would have been epic.

TIGER 1 ... favorite steel helmet? (you DO realize everyone else on the forum will think " they`re SOOOO weird!) I am so used to it. If I go one day without someone thinking I'm weird due to something history related, I mark it on the calender. Prussian WWI helmet. Favorite heavy weapon excluding a tank?
