The drummer looks kind of like Nicky but has more hair and is younger looking.  The guy playing the flute used be with Celtic Woman.  I've seen him in videos from the original Helix concert and also ANJ from Slane Castle.

These videos are awesome!  I can hear CW singing both songs!  Phil the Fluter's Ball would be an awesome "Ceili" song for them, and the other one, I agree, would be a great Lil' Lambe solo!
