When trying to overcome rough days, one of the things I find helpful is to think of things I am thankful for. This helps me keep away from losing myself in negativity and hurt. So, here is a thread we can all use to take turns listing things we are thankful for and generate some positive energy.
I'm thankful for my health. While not the best, it certainly isn't as bad as it could potentially be and I have a fairly high quality of life.
