Amazon put the list of the audio cd of ( home for christmas ) but the last four are bonus & II want to know are they old recordings or they are new?? ( I mean sung by meav, lisa & susan )Huh?

I know the special edition track list was posted earlier in the thread, but what about just the plain DVD or BluRay?

I imagine it would be the same, minus the last 4 bonus tracks.  But why would anyone want the DVD without the bonus tracks?   Huh

Yep, got my ship notice as well.  They said delivery tomorrow, but the only shipping options were 2-Day and Ground.  Not sure why it wouldn't let me select Overnight/Next Day shipping.  I don't live out in the sticks or something.  I selected 2-Day so it will be interesting to see if I get it tomorrow.

Truly, I don't care if it is a day late.  What I want is the pre-sale code for the Emerald Tour.  I'm guessing that won't be e-mailed until after midnight Pacific Time as one can still order until then and get the code.

Just wondering if anyone has received an email with the promotional code for presale concert tickets.  I received an email stating my blu-ray and cd was shipped but no email with the promotion code.  I contacted Amazon and the person I chatted with stated that I won't be receiving a promotional code due to a technical issue.  Text from my chat is shown below.


CHAT:

Me:Hello, I am contacting you to determine if there is a problem with a promotional pre-order. I pre-ordered the Celtic Woman "Home For Christmas: Live From Dublin [Blu-ray] and the "Home For Christmas Deluxe CD/DVD". As part of the pre-order I was supposed to receive an email with a promotional code allowing me to purchase concert tickets prior to them going on sale to the general public. I believe the pre-sale tickets are supposed to become available today and I have yet to receive an email with the promotional code and instructions on how to purchase the tickets. Should I have received the email already?
Abhishek: Hello, my name is Abhishek. I'll be happy to help you.
I'm sorry about the inconvenience. Can you hold for a minute or two while I research this for you?
Me:Yes I can, thank you.
Abhishek:I've issued a $10 promotional certificate to your Amazon.com account, which will automatically apply the next time you order an eligible item sold and shipped by Amazon.com. Me:Thank you, about the presale tickets will I be receiving the email or was there some kind of problem?

Me:Thank you for the credit I appreciate it, is the presale code for the tickets still scheduled to be sent or do you not have any information on when it will be sent?

Me:So to clarify there will be no concert presale code?

Yep, Amazon doesn't have a clue.  Spent an hour on the phone.

So someone basically lied to the customers.  Either Amazon is going to credit me back 100% of the cost of my order, or I will send it back and buy it elsewhere.

They made the biggest mistake of their life in ticking me off.  I deal with orders for a living and know how to handle morons like them.
