I had it done and the first day was no fun, but felt better the next day.
Did they knock you out? You might be having a bad reaction to the anesthesia.

No they just numbed my mouth, I'm highly allergic to anesthesia, I think the reason I was feeling so sick was because I was loosing a lot of blood today. I finally got the bleeding to stop and was able to eat some dinner so I'm feeling better now. Thank Goodness

Thank you everyone for the kind words, I'm feeling a little better now. I think the worst thing about my mouth being numb besides the fact that whenever I try to drink something it shoots out of my mouth like a fountain. It makes you drool like a baby and you never know it until your shirt feels wet, embarrassing
Also a few funny stories to tell from the dentist office this morning. when they was working on me my I Pod made a meowing noise and the dentist said, is there a cat in here? I couldn't laugh either. Also when she was almost done I said wow I can't even feel the stitches, then she said that's because I haven't put them in yet. Oh that's why I can't feel them, but in all fairness I was really out of it this morning and almost falling asleep. I don't know what they gave me but it wasn't anesthesia.

I'm glad that you are feeling better, Tonya. I hope your recovery continues and the good thing is you will never have to go through this again. I had mine removed by an oral surgeon many years ago and had no pain afterwards. I was totally out of it during the surgery. The worst part was trying to wake up afterwards.
