Maggie, That is great that the Cav has the Christmas DVD.

A copy of Hayley's Celtic Treasure was sent out last Saturday. Seems that Amazon didn't like the APO I used so had to do it myself.

Now if you're thinking of visiting Tipperary you have to have a native with you!
Otherwise you will be a Tourist, and will miss out on the best places.

Would you happen to know any native guides?

Yes, I do happen to know of one! (takes a bow)

Re shipping - As far as I know, the only way to ship to an APO is by US Postal Service.
Ask at your Post Office, they have a special deal for APO's, and Navy FPO's.
They will give you a special box (2 sizes) you fill it, and no matter what the weight is, the shipping charge is $8.95.
I sent some DVDs, hard candy, paperback books and "Logic" puzzles in one.

I think it was Amazon's shipping program. they probably haven't up dated the APO list.

(We have issues at work like that when they changes Zips)

I had an idea that you might be applying for teh Guide job (all expenses paid , of course)

BTW

Yes he is home, I have to take him to the Orlando Regional Medical Center Spine Clinic this afternoon for a follow-up.
He is in quite a bit of back and neck pain but coping very well, I think.

He's had a couple of "down in the dumps" grumpy sessions, which is quite understandable, and I can usually cheer him up.
O'Malley helps too, washing his feet for him (brave doggie!)
Thanks for your concern. I will tell him you asked after him.

Yep, that's true. I've sent several boxes, and the UPS store is less than a mile away, but I have to take them to the P.O at the other end of town.   Undecided
