If I had my own Brookies for December, I can decorate it with Christmas sprinkles.

UPDATE:  After asking the ladies at Safeway to get Brookies (for almost a year), they surprised me last night when I went to the store and they now have them.  They are not Ne-Mo's Brookies but their own recipe baked right in the store.  They do have the creamy center like Ne-Mo's but they are extremely rich.  A package of four pieces is $2.99.  I could only eat one piece for dessert.  So, if you have a Safeway in your area you may find them in your store. for all the time I spend in grocery stores, I have yet to see a single Brookie Ne-mo or scratch made.

Ne-Mo's Brookies are usually shipped frozen and may be kept in a cooler at a store.  If you don't see them, ask the store employees.
The Safeway Brookies are with the brownies and cookies in my local store.
Good luck! Smiley

During my regular shopping earlier.  Circle K and walgreens, Nada...safeway nope.   I suspect it would be like trying to find a Nanaimo bar down here.
