Enjoyed my 6th CW concert last night. The musicians and singers were fabulous and unfazed by the power outage that stopped the show for about 10 minutes.

I do have a request. This is my second year (Nashville last year and Knoxville this year) where cell phone photos were increasingly a problem. Obviously, most venues prohibit photo taking anyway. I personally don't begrudge one non-flash photo for personal use, but people need to consider that cell phones held up in a dark theater are very distracting to the people behind them. In Nashville last year, one man was taking so many photos that it was visible at least 13 rows back. Security escorted him out.

Last night in Knoxville, there were many offenders, but two ladies sitting beside each other in the first row pit used both their phones and a tablet to take many photos and sadly videos. The videos are theft of the artists' work. It got so excessive that they ruined Amazing Grace for those of us behind them. I had to lean up from two rows behind to ask them to stop because there were no ushers in sight.

So for my fellow CW fans out there, let's take a stand, role model, and ask others not take multiple photos during concert. Thanks for listening.
