There are many places in the US with interesting or unusual names.  Here are some of them:

Missouri has Alexandria, O'Fallon, and Linn Creek. We also have a Saint James! And (according to Wikipedia) Lupus, Missouri, population 33. Undecided

My friend lives in New York state in a city called "Halfmoon," and then there's a city south of it called "Crescent" LOL
