1. Diamonds are Forever
2. Snow on the Roses
3. Bist Du bei mir?
4. Crazy World
5. Weep you no more, Sad Fountains
6. I Dreamt I Dwellt in Marble Halls
7. The Last Rose of Summer
8. Unexpected Song
9. Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters
10. Dancing on the Ceiling
11. The White Rose
Bonus Track: Glitter and be Gay

Also, in my imagination, Mai also uses her whole voice for these songs. She can sing so beautifully, but she mostly only uses the lightest parts of her voice to make such a breath-y sound. While that does sound nice, it seems to be such a... waste of her abilities.

I only know a few of those songs but I'm sure that would be a good CD.

Also, being a vocalist myself, I can tell you that it takes a lot of effort and talent to sing softly with a breathy sound, especially singing high notes. I feel like it's just as challenging as singing in full voice. When you're singing softly, you have to make sure your voice doesn't crack (especially if you have allergies like me), but when you sing in full voice, you have to be careful not to oversing. I would love to hear her do more songs in her full voice but I don't think she's wasting her ability.

Tiffany, you understood me wrongly. I know exactly what you mean, but I meant something different. I do however not really know how I can describe what I mean. I definitely agree with what you said, and personally I often find singing in a light voice more difficult than in a full voice myself, but that is not what I am talking about. Mairéad is often using a particular style, not technique, that is really to have only the effect to sound breath-y, in a similar way Sarah Brightman often did in the 90s. Believe me, I don't want Mai C scream around, but from some other songs she used her full voice with, I am just so incredibly curious about her using it more. That is only a matter of style and preference in this case, not ability or technique.

I get what both of you are saying. On the Destiny CD, Mairead hits the high notes with an almost whisper-like quality at times. As Tiffany said, that's a difficult technique. But I think what Shining is asking for is more like what she did in Nella during the Anniversary Tour. She hit that high note with such power behind it. It seems like, for Destiny, she only does that in My Land.

Yes, exactly! And believe me, I generally mean that for some songs. It was the (clusmy) way I described how I arranged the album in my head. Also, I'd prefer her to sing Mona Lisas in her bretahy voice. It's just a matter of song and style.
