As I said, I contaced the author of the wikipedia article. Here is her answer:

The Best of Celtic Woman is a promotional album I found in a record store in Vina del Mar, Chile. It is a very interesting and attractive album, unfortunately during a move I lost my CD. I tried reacquire but there were no longer any copies. Luckily I copied in another CD and I have images of the disc.

Celtic Woman Ltd just confirmed via e-mail that there is no official CW release called "The Best of Celtic Woman".

The given GTIN (catalogue number) on Wikipedia cannot be assigned to any product in the world at all

Right now on Ebay (item #391538894072) there is a CD titled Best of Celtic Woman.  There is no track list.  Publisher is shown as P&W Partners, Ltd.    Date shown is 2008.
There are also other CDs titled Celtic Woman.  One is a Christmas album.
They are from the UK and seem unrelated to "our" CW.  

Just found another:  Best of Celtic Women  (yes, with an E) - from 2012 / no track list.

I've seen those types of things before. People / organizations make their own arrangements and market them as Celtic Woman CDs. Royalty free. No cut to the studio or the artists. Might be their music, but it's not their album.

I don't think I'll be trying any more Celtic Woman stuff on Ebay. Got an Orla Fallon CD a while back: all the CD inserts and the label on the CD itself were correct, but the actual CD consisted of the soundtrack to "A Very She & Him Christmas." Mysteriously out of stock when I asked for another copy. No disrespect to "A Very She & Him Christmas," but that's NOT Orla Fallon.
