I find it hard to keep track of which members of Celtic Woman have solo CDs made. Can someone do a list of who has how many CDs? This would be helpful for me.

I may miss some, but here goes...

Alex Sharpe (1):
- Be Still My Soul (2014)

Chloë (3):
- Chloë (2002)
- Walking in the Air (2003)
- Heartstrings (EP, 2016)
- Singles that I can recall: Love is Christmas (2013), Pray for Peace (2016)
- My understanding is she's considering doing another album, but wants it to be extra special so she's taking her time planning it and until she feels the time is right, I suppose

Deirdre Shannon (2):
- Deirdre Shannon (2009)
- Anamceol (2011)

Hayley Westenra (9+):
... ok, this is really tricky because she had so many region-specific albums. She's done more albums than I'm listing ... Wikipedia has a list of them. I'll just list the ones I've heard.
- My Gift To You (2001)
- Pure (2003)
- Odyssey (2005)
- Celtic Treasure (2007)
- Hayley Sings Japanese Songs (2008)
- Hayley Sings Japanese Songs 2 (2009)
- Winter Magic (2009)
- Paradiso (2011)
- Hushabye (2013)

Lisa Kelly (1):
- Lisa (2005)
- Singles that I can recall: Christmas Everywhere (2014), Sending Home To You (2015)

Lisa Lambe (1):
- Hiding Away (2015)
- Singles that I can recall: 16 Dead Men (2016), The Thorns From Your Heart (2016)
- She's working on another album that should be released soon

Lynn Hilary (2):
- Take Me With You (2008)
- Saturn Return (2013)

Mairead Carlin (1):
- Songbook   ... Yeah, I still consider it her album even though the rights got yanked out unceremoneously from under her
- She's been working on another album that will hopefully be released soon
- Singles that I can recall: Let the River Run
- Note: Fields of Athenry was part of "World in Union: Rugby World Cup, 2011 - The Official Album" so it's technically not a single
- She had 5 songs on the album Stay Away from Stars ... I suppose it's technically not one of her solo albums though

Mairead Nesbitt (1):
- Raining Up (2005)
- Hibernia (releasing by the end of 2016)

Méav (4):
- Méav (1998)
- Silver Sea (2002)
- A Celtic Journey (2005)
- The Calling (2013)

Orla (6):
- The Water Is Wide (2005)
- Distant Shore (2009)
- Orla Fallon's Celtic Christmas (2010)
- Winter, Fire & Snow: A Celtic Christmas Collection (2010)
- She did "Forgotten" on the collaborative album "Music of Ireland: Welcome Home" with Moya Brennan (2010) ... it's not a single, but it's pretty nice.
... yeah, seems it was a busy year for her in 2010
- My Land (2011)
- Lullaby Time (2012) ... one of the best Lullaby albums ever, in my opinion

Edel Murphy (choir) (1):
- Bluebonnet Spring (w/ Ewan Cowley technically it's a duo, not a solo album, I suppose) (2016)

Amy Rivard (choir) (2):
- Shout It Out (2012)
- Where I Am (2014)
- Singles: A Best Friend In Me (2010)

Did I miss any?

For  a  Hayley  addition, she also  has   a  CD called  "The Water Is Wide" .  It is like  a  "best of Hayley"   compilation.    Smiley    For  Meav, I would  add  her  Anuna  CD  "Celtic Dreams"  and  she is  featured  in  a  various  Irish artists  CD "The Spirit Of Ireland"    where  she  plays  the  harp ,  and  also  sings  "When Irish Eyes Are Smiling"    Smiley

You may have one of the releases of it Tiffany. It was released in 1998, then re-released in 2000 under a different label.

For Chloe :

It Will Be, from the album Basel Tatoo 2015

For Mairead Carlin :

The Prayer, duet with Thomas Spencer-Worthley from his album "Credere"

For Hayley :

Prayer, a japanese album featuring quite a few unreleased songs, such as the ones she did for Jekyll and Mulan 2.

For Hayley, Wikipedia has a pretty good list, but even that isn't complete. She's done so much in her career already!

What exactly do you mean by this? Did she have an album or not? Does album mean CD? Also, am I lead to believe that Susan, Eabha, and Tara don't have solo albums?

She recorded the album a few years ago.

It was scheduled to release but got held shortly before release date (I never looked into why).

Mairead was young at the time and just starting her career. So the agreement she signed basically let her record the album, but retain none of the rights to her own album.

So a few years went by and the album still wasn't released. The person that owned the rights to the music wanted to take advantage of Mairead Carlin's popularity with Celtic Woman. Mairead didn't approve them to release the album because: (1) she gets nothing from it, and (2) she pointed out it was recorded early in her career and her voice has developed a lot since then. A lot of the fan base boycotted it in support of Mairead, even though she never asked for a boycott.

So technically:
- It's a solo album with her singing
- She doesn't own any rights to it and didn't approve its release
- So is it a Mairead Carlin so album? I would say so, but with an asterisk.

It's a bit like Deirdre Shannon's first album, "Evening Clouds". Deirdre doesn't want it to be released to the public, and we'll honor her wishes.

Speaking of Deirdre, she appears in a few songs in Celtic Thunder's "Storm".

Here's another thing to mention that I forgot earlier: I do have the Music of Ireland: Welcome Home album and Orla is on more than just Forgotten. She's also on the first track Oro Ce Do BreathBhaile, which has all of the artists that they use on the CD and on Carolan's Welcome with Cormac De Barra (I believe that she plays the harp on this one).

Also, are there members of Celtic Woman who don't have solo CDs?
