I've been having some trouble getting the Celtic Woman newsletter.
I've tried subscribing to it a few times. Both with the old site and twice since the site was re-launched following Tara's arrival.
I tried with a couple of different email addresses (from different email providers), but I've never actually gotten a newsletter.
I know I'm not mistyping the email address, because I do get the confirmation email. It's not in my junk mail. It's not in deleted items. Sender's not blocked. I don't use an email client (ie. Outlook), I just used a web-based portal. I don't have a mobile device or other such client downloading it and deleting the original copy.
I actually tried signing up a couple of different ways on the new site too:
1. Tried pressing
Newsletter on the right had side, then entering my email, then pressing
Join. ... I never even got a confirmation email to that one (even after several hours).
2. Tried entering
First Name, Last Name, Email at the bottom of the screen. Then pressed
Subscribe ... I got a confirmation email for that one. Followed the link in the email to complete authorization. ... still never got a newsletter.
My dad gets the newsletter but doesn't remember subscribing to it.
I want the newsletter but can't get it.
I actually tried unsubscribing and re-subscribing one of my emails to the newsletter a few days ago, but if this survey link came from the newsletter (and from the the way the link is constructed, it looks like it did), I still didn't get the newsletter today.
I guess I'd best run this past Celtic Collections (using the info email from their site or using the newsletter email address itself), but before I do that, I wanted to:
- Confirm that there was a newsletter recently that I didn't get.
- Poll to see if anyone else has been experiencing this.
