What's your favorite version of "The Voice?" Mine has to be Lisa's. Smiley

I've had a tough choice, though I think the duet mashup is great.

Alex got the vote because of all of them her's is my Favorite! I really was going to vote for Lynn though, that was the Best CW Anniversary tribute she made that song just the same way she did Scarborough Fair so Loving to the core of presenting Celtic Woman infact this rendition you could feel the heart as more than Lisa K to me. xxx

I voted for Méav, because her voice and style is the closest to Eimear Quinn's. I think I would equally love Lynn's version, but I never had a chance to hear it.

Went  for  Meav  as  well.   Cheesy   And  not  just  because  I'm  a  bit  biased ( which  I  am  )    Roll Eyes    But  Excaliber  made  an  excellent  point.  Eimear  Quinn (  the  one  who  1st  sang  "The  Voice" (written  by  Brendan  Graham)  and  Meav closely  resemble  each  other  in  this  song.  Eimear  won  Eurovision  for  Ireland  about  20  years  ago. Interesting  to note...   Meav ,Eimear  , Katie  McMahon  (of  Riverdance  fame,  Deirdre  Gilsanen, Roisin  Dempsey  ( Meav's  good  friend  and  former  flat  mate,  and  another  fine  soprano  Lucy  Champion,  were  all in  Anuna  together  at one  point. What  an  awesome soprano  section  it  was  at that  time !   Shocked   Here  is  the  performance  that won  Eimear  the contest for  Ireland ...     https://youtu.be/TpdRtIM45ts     Another  note  of  interest  ...  Eimear's  violin  accompanist  appears  to  be  none  other  than  Cora  Smith  -  the  "other  violinist"  opposite  our  very  own  Mairead Nesbitt  in  Michael  Flatley's  "Feet Of  Flames"  section  of  :Lord  of  The Dance".    Grin

Usually similarly on such songs such as The Last Rose of Summer, Meav on The Voice is Grand & Operatic whereas instead Lynn was more Story telling & Pure I was surprised how close to Lisa Kelly her rendition was towards but more beautifying. She beat Alex to forerunner Lisa K as a forerunner sure. Wink
