Intriguing ideas ! For the songs and the dresses as well.
If I could change one thing, though, it might be cool to have Meav reprise her solo rendition of My Heart Will Go On like she did a few years ago at the St. Paddy's Day concert in Belfast.
To add a few songs, I would put "The Lark In Clear Air" in Mairead's hands. I would love to hear what Susan would do with the gorgeous but sad song.... "Crucan Na Bpaiste". And Eabha for Silent O Moyle. I would also love to hear Tara play "Love Is Blue".
Some of my ideas might be more of a wild and CWazy dream rather than practical concepts for a DVD, but I'd love to hear:
- 'Crucan Na Bpaiste' as a group harmony number
- 'Somewhere Out There' as a group number, with Tara opening the song and playing the musical interlude before the bridge
- Tara sing a traditional Irish song that hasn't been covered before by Celtic Woman or any of the solo albums of current / former CW members with Eabha playing tin whistle accompaniment (LOL! Weird, right? I think it would be a fun reversal through).
- 'One More Day' as a group harmony number. And just to make it extra special, make it a special
reunion track with Meav, Alex and Deirdre, as well as Eabha to add some depth.
- Amy Rivard and Edel Murphy together in the choir
