I have tickets to see CW in Madison this Sunday. An article in one of the Madison newspapers reads as follows:   "The four featured vocalists, along with the current fiddle player (Lyn Hillary) and former one (Mairead Nesbitt), all came together . . . " 

Say it isn't so!! Has Mairead left the tour/group???

I would assume that the article made a mistake because Lynn Hilary is certainly not the current fiddle player!

No worries, that's definitely a mistake.  Lynn is replacing Meav, not Mairead.   Wink

Marcus - I saw the show in Ft. Wayne 2 nights ago and went to the Meet & Greet with Chloe and Mairead, so don't worry, she is still the fiddle pixie we all love and one of the most beautiful women in the world.  I was so lucky to meet two real angels!  I Hope you enjoy your show as much as I did mine.  I just wish I was going with you.

Chloe is just the sweetest young lady, as is Mairead.  So friendly, you feel at ease with them from the start.  It's like talking to someone you've known for a while.  I asked Mairead where she gets all her energy, and whether she drank Red Bull to keep it up.  They both said they didn't need Red Bull, it was just how they perform.  They signed all my dvds and program, and when I later asked them to sign the bag it was all in, they didn't hesitate one second.  I totally forgot I was talking to SUPERSTARS.  They are simply THE BEST!  And, those Irish accents are SO much fun to hear.  I wish I could have spent more time talking to them, like maybe over a pizza or dinner, but, they had to go and the M&G was over.

I will never forget them.
