When an artist puts such a definitive statement into a song, and you just can't comprehend anyone doing it better, then she "owns" that song. In my opinion, ( and I am biased because I just love this woman), Lisa "owns" 1. Send Me a Song
2. May It Be
3. Green the Whole Year Round
4. The Blessing

Lisa does Caledonia very nicely, but Mary Black's version resonates a little more with me. It just sounds a little more patriotic, for lack of a better word. Lisa will "own" quite a few more songs before she moves off the stage.

I love the way Lisa sings "The Christmas Song" and "Send Me a Song". Best I have heard! As well as the ones you list.

In my opinion every song she sings she owns! Yes, most here in the forum will agree on the ones already mentioned. But she could take twinkle twinkle little star and own it with one of David's arrangements. Hang on Lisa, I'll be there to sing with you in an hour or so just like most nights.  . |

Lisa rocks so hard on 'The Voice' that I'm sure that penguins on Antarctica can hear it and - and even THEY get chills. She OWNS that puppy. I mean, hello, my banner...

7.The Christmas Song
Those are the ones that i think that Lisa puts emotion behind and making it her own.
