While searching for something else Celtic Woman related I came upon a Japanese website that was selling a three track remix disc of CW's You Raise Me Up.

You can listen to previews of the songs but fair warning, they are a little scary. Wink

Honestly I sort-of dig that first version. A bit sloppy in places (Mairead's fiddle doesn't quite sit-in too well with the rest of the beats), but it nearly fits in with Lisa's vocals. The second one is pretty dull and uninspired.

I listen to quite a lot of electronica, and I'd be interested in some kind-of CW album that pairs-up each vocalist with a different guest DJ, some remixes of existing tracks and mostly original compositions. But it has to be tasteful, fit their style, and not some hard-core acid trip (although that would be interesting too).

Whoa.....Very Interesting, Yeah Lisa didn't sound that bad (with the beat) in the Galaxy Mix, I also listen to alot of Dance stuff too.

That was amazingly...surreal.  One part of my brain was going "turn off electronica hip-hop stuff" (sorry, not a big fan), and the other was going "Lisa's voice is so pretty".   Cheesy
