Sab,
Well, the venues are selling tickets, so that's a good sign. They were selling tickets last year, too, but never sold enough of them. CW wasn't the first to cancel such a tour, and they won't be the last. In the past six months, tours have been wholly or partially canceled (or "postponed") by such artists as The White Stripes, The Gossip, Kelly Clarkson, Kaiser Chiefs, Lily Allen, Amy Winehouse, and The View. We're pretty certain that CW has a large enough European fan base to support this tour. I know that the DSA and the European branch of the Divine Sisterhood will be very upset if this one doesn't work out.

But seriously - the best way for fans to ensure that these concerts do take place is to go ahead and buy tickets. If the dates are sold out months in advance, you can be sure that the "show will go on" as planned.
