How do people get those many stars under their name? I have one so far. Plus I know I'm a newby.

Newbie - 1 star, 0-49 posts - Color in "who's online" - black
Jr. Member - 2 stars, 50-99 posts - Color in "who's online" - black
Full member - 3 stars, 100-249 posts - Color in "who's online" - black
Sr. member - 4 stars, 250-499 posts - Color in "who's online" - black
Hero member - 5 stars, 500-999 posts  -Color in "who's online" - orange
Total fanatic - 6 stars, 1000+ posts - Color in "who's online" - green
Honorary CW Roadie - 7 stars, 2001+ posts - Color in "who's online" - teal

Global moderator color in "who's online" - blue
Admin color in "who's online" - red

So, if you're a Bodhrán Player as in a forum member and the color in "who's online" is dark green, do these stars change?
