The same way you do if you were going to post a picture. Save the picture and up load onto Photobucket or any other photo site. Then hit the picture button and then copy and paste the link from the photo site.  I use slide.com

Upload the image you want to send to an image hosting site such as imageshack.us.  Imageshack will give you the codes to copy and paste (use the one that says hotlink for forums).  Hope that helps.  Smiley

It should say somewhere like "IMG code" under the pic. Copy that link and paste it.
