Moscapoet is on his way and I am about 70 miles away right now.  Anyone else going to join us and wake up Bakersfield?

Oh man, I really wish I could.  That silly lottery I tried to get extra CW Concert funds from just isn't wooperating so far.

I won't wish a good show and a good time for the two of you, we already know that's already understood ... but I definitely hope that it's as much fun as we have all come to know and love, and that the ladies get to feel the support they deserve!

Watching for the reviews!

TCG I sell stamps to stamp collectors and sell jewelry (basic earrings and pendants that I make). However, I have put all of these travels on the card and will be paying it off over the next few months. It is easier when you have a flexible schedule as I do. Meeting these folks at meet & greets and gaining more inspirations is an investment in my career as a poet/lyricist.

Have a wonderful time Jim and Scott!

Bakersfield has a robust and eclectic musiician community so you might be in very good company audience wise!

Don't forget to post the reviews and give our love to the entire Touring Troupe as they wind down another triumphant Tour!

Country singer Buck Owens was from Bakersfield. I remember watching him on TV in the early 50's when the station was just a local one.

I am so excited, I am seeing CW in concert in Bakersfield tonight. This is my first show, but have been fans of theirs for a long time. So I cannot wait until tonight. I was bummed to hear that Lisa was not performing on the live tour at the moment, but I am so happy for her little bundle of joy.

Oh I am so excited.

That's terrific, travisrockett!  Congratulations on heading for your first CW concert! You're in for the time of your life!!

If you can, try to meet up with Moscapoet and Jim M. at some point. There's just nothing like being with people who love these ladies as much as you do. Sometimes that Celtic Woman excitement gets so strong you can practically see it in the air.

By the way, Moscapoet shouldn't be too hard to spot. Apparently (obscure reference from another thread coming, here), he's the one with the big "CW" written on his forehead.  Wink Wink Grin Grin Grin

Keep cool Scott it will be a 100 degrees here for about 4 days. It will perfect evening to see them perform outdoors. The Greek theater is a out door venue if anybody from out of the Los Angeles area is going. Cool
