Yes, her correct name is Órlagh.
The fada (accent over a vowel) has the effect of lengthening the vowel. Example: fáilte is pronounced fall-sha (meaning welcome). Gardaí is pronounced gardee (meaning more than one police officer)
No matter who those "Fallon" towns were named after, they were certainly either from Ireland, or of Irish ancestry.
