That is a great article. I love getting a glimpse into what their lives are like when they're not on tour and I'm always glad (though never surprised) to read that they are regular, down-to-earth people, who enjoy relaxing at home with their families above all else. I mean, Orla is an international star and could be dining out at five-star restaurants every night but instead she stays in, cooks nice, old-fashioned family meals, and watches TV with her husband and a glass of red wine (much like I do!) Nothing wrong with that!!!

I would love her recipe for stewed apples...that sounded delicious!!!
