It's that time of year again.  Wink Another win for Johnson. Another top 5 for Montoya. Another top 5 for Martin. A huge comeback for Stewart. Another tough break for Junior. He was having a terrific day. I just don't understand the logic behind the call for the last pit stop for him. If he had stayed out, he'd have been in front of that mess.

It`s beginning to look like they can just go ahead and give J.J. the championship at any time now...why wait?

Still 6 races left that Johnson can still have trouble. 12 points isn't big enough for a runaway yet. Not giving up on Mark yet Wink

With the tires giving up as much as they have and he had stayed out for track position he would have lost more to those that took tires. So his hand was kinda forced for him.

Just finished watching the race a few minutes ago (had a party on Saturday night to go to) So the Jimmie Bot wins once again! Bad luck for most of the "chasers" with Montoya taking the worst hit. It will be good to see them at the Martinsville short track next Sunday Smiley

Looks like the Jimmie Johnson/Chad Knaus combination is going to be hard to beat....again.

90 points is a big lead and the 48 is the car to beat, but Talladega is still lurking out there. I'd say the top 6 are still in play, but they're going to have to do extremely well and the 48 is going to have to run into trouble.

I could see 4th on forward still being in the hunt but Busch and Montoya would need at least 2 races where Johnson or Martin to have sub 40th place finishes and for them to win or finish up in the top 5 to really be in contention. I can see Johnson getting taken out at Dega but the likely hood of him having trouble anywhere else is not good. If he makes it through it's Johnson's title to loose.

Newman's leading at Martinsville first caution just came out too for a 4 car incident!

Johnson and Mark made it through the field pretty quick. looks like Jimmie comes out 3rd after the first pit stop. Home track favorite Denny Hamlin got some damage during the pit stops.

If Jimmie wins today I think he will set a record for wins in a row with 5. I believe...
