Stewart's been strong all week and has the momentum from Saturdays win. we'll see whether or not he can get this win in the 500. I think in my mind Jimmie Johnson's the sleeper of the field. He's been kinda quiet other then the Duel win. He could very well sneek up and get Daytona 500 trophy #2.

First wreck of the day just took place. 12 looked to lose a tire and spun the 77, and 78 got collected in it. Junior and Martin are still out front.

They are still working on the seam in the racetrack. They hope to have cars back racing in about 10 or 15 minutes. There's 78 laps to go.
