The folliwng Elton John songs would work partly for CW, partly for solo works:
Skyline Pigeon (in particular the 1968 version) Return to Paradise (with a less Caribbean, more Celtic flair to it) I Need You To Turn To Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word Blue Eyes Blessed Belfast Believe Live Like Horses Goodye Yellow Brick Road If The River Can Bend Sacrifice Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters

One More Day
... Deirdre Shannon did a GREAT cover of this (actually, 2 great covers if you count her solo version and the version she did with The Canadian Tenors).
It would sound incredibly epic with all of them together!

I agree! I would love to hear CW sing this song.

The concert is still in my bones... I think "Tiny Dancer" would also be a perfect group song for CW, but completely making it about Mái N, fiddling on center stage.
Blue jean baby, L.A. lady, seamstress for the band Pretty eyed, pirate smile, you'll marry a music man Ballerina, you must have seen her dancing in the sand And now she's in me, always with me, tiny dancer in my hand

They should sing "Crazy World" from Victor/Victoria, as a solo or an acapella group number!

I like it. I could see Meav or Deirdre do this one as well.

My Wish list -- for this or any other CW line-up -- will always include "Somewhere Out There"; you know, the Feivel song. ... I've even requested that LisaK put it into her spring show as a solo or duet for herself and/or Chloe and/or whoever ...

Or Romantic Flight from How To Train Your Dragon. Beautiful! It's a little short though.

I've recently purchased Emmett Cahill's Ireland, and discovered a song I think Celtic Woman would do well to cover : "The West's Awake. Here's a concert version by Lumiere : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8FNzYk8lEvI
